What’s for lunch?

If human beings have taglines.. what would be mine?

I can’t really answer that, because I don’t really know exactly what I want in life.

But I do know there is one sentence I say every day without fail..

“Aye.. What’s for Lunch?”

Corn chips with guacamole, salsa and cheese dip.. An iced cold beer makes the meal complete. 🙂

Birthday Lunch at Crystal Jade. Dan dan lamian (Dandan noodles) with xiao long bao (steamed pork buns).

Youmian.. the thinner sister of Banmian. The noodles are cooked in fish stock, then served with minced pork, few strands of bok choy and dried anchovies.

Butter and Garlic Naan… with Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer and Mutton Masala.

Penang asam laksa I found out on Wikipedia that CNN Travel ranked Penang Assam Laksa 7th out of the 50 most delicious food in the world! That’s pretty amazing.

Shiromaru tamago for lunch.

It’s Bak Chor Mee for lunch! Bak Chor Mee is also known as minced pork noodles.

Blueberry’s lunch – chicken biryani.

It’s Mutton Biryani for lunch!
