When I was a 4-5 years old, my father kept many birds (mainly songbirds) as pets.
These birds eat bird feed.. But once a while, my father would feed them treats.
The treats were live crickets (eww!), which are available from the local bird shop.. My father would bring these “treats” home and keep them in a small, plastic tank.
One fine day, my father decided to introduce me to the crickets.
It was my first time seeing a cricket.
I was so happy, excited and nervous that I squealed aloud…
My father and my elder sister laughed so hard at my reaction.. Since that day, Ka-kee got stuck in the family. 😛

Ka-Kee is a sound produced when one is delighted and excited.
For example: “Look at this cute pillow! Ka-kee!“
or, “This smells so wonderful. Ka-kee!“
It might seem silly, but I guess that’s the way it is. 🙂
That’s all folks, have a wonderful day ahead.
