U-Mee for Lunch

Today I had U-Mee for lunch.

U-Mee is also known as Youmian, meaning thin noodles.

Youmian.. the thinner sister of Banmian. The noodles are cooked in fish stock, then served with minced pork, few strands of bok choy and dried anchovies.

The humble bowl of noodles cost SGD $3.

So much bang for the buck.. I feel like a million bucks by eating it. 🙂
